Instructions for Abstract Submission

  • All abstracts must be submitted according to the following instructions before the deadlines, i.e., 15th December (Early Bird) and 31st December (Late).
  • Mode of presentations can be either posters or oral. (Note: If the abstract is not selected for an oral presentation, it might be considered for a poster)
  • The results of the evaluation of the abstracts will be notified to you by e-mail after review.
  • Accepted abstracts will be published in conference abstract book.
  • Only one registration is permitted for each abstract.
  • A maximum of 2 abstracts per person can be submitted.
  • Only original research will be considered.
  • Abstract without registration will not be considered.


Abstract Format Download Template

  • Using the abstract template is mandatory.
  • Abstracts should be prepared in English with a maximum of 250 words (excluding title, author names and institutions, emails, keywords, and references) and submitted in MS Word format (.doc or .docx) only
  • Font: Times New Roman 12pt.
  • Spacing: Single line spacing, A4 size and with 2.5 cm margins from the edges.
  • Title: Abstract should be 14 points, bold and the first letters of each word should be capitalized.
  • Limitations: Maximum length: 250 words. Maximum number of keywords: 5. Maximum number of references: 3, Maximum number of pages: 1 (A4). Figures are not allowed. File size should not exceed 1 MB.
  • Author names-surnames should be clear and the first letters should be capitalized.
  • Institutions of the authors should be indicated with indices and written in italics.
  • The name of the presenting author should be underlined.
  • Corresponding author should be marked with asterisk symbol (*).
  • The e-mail address of the presenting author and corresponding authors should be mentioned.
  • Naming your abstract file: Last name of First Author_Birth Year (YYYY)_Oral (or Poster). Example: Bose_2000_Poster
