Abstract Submission and Registration: Complete the following three steps.

Note: Keep your abstract ready. Please read the Guidelines for Abstract Submission before starting the registration process. Only original research will be considered.

STEP 1 Abstract Submission
  1. Go to the IIT Kharagpur CEP portal, Apply to Courses
  2. Sign up → Log in → Complete Profile → Choose a Program (Programme ID: IIT/CEP/CON/CON/2025-2026/BT/180) → Apply Now.
  3. Wait for two working days for the evaluation of your submitted Abstract.
  4. You will be notified by email if your Abstract is accepted.
  5. Proceed to STEP 2.
STEP 2 Registration Fee Payment
  1. Login and pay the registration fees on the CEP portal, Apply to Courses
    Payment must be made ONLINE after your Abstract is accepted.
  2. Save the receipt. It must be uploaded to complete STEP 3.
STEP 3 Complete Registration

Fill out the Google Form to complete the registration process.
